I knocked off two stars, one for the controls...it would be nice if it was more responsive and had less lag and the other star knock off was that it says it can handle a 5mm change in floor, but I found it less than that..so you really need to keep to a flat surface with no transitions like what I had was tile to wood and it just couldn't do it.So its cute and kinda fun, but for the $$ I just don't think its polished enough to warrant that price point. Ended up returning it cause I knew it was not going to get used.
For the price, I wouldn’t really buy it. Half the time it can’t find the charger so who ever is home has to put it on the charger themselves. As much as I do enjoy using it, for the price it could be a lot better quality.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love this little guy. So fun. Range of motion:Does great at getting around anything anywhere and rights itself when the dog attacks. Btw the dog hasn’t destroyed it yet Value for money:It’s a moving camera. I love it.
It goes off-line quite a lot and you have to reset it. It’s very hard to make it recharge itself. It gets lost. You have to go and put it physically on the charger.
This has been a very fun gift. Battery life, range, sound quality and connectivity seem very good. Zero problems and fun for the entire family including the pets.

I’m a flight attendant and away for 3-6 days. I get to check on my dogs and family. Easy to navigate and extremely cute!

Omg I wish I had bought this sooner! Absolutely love it. It was really easy to set up and works really well. Alternating between using it to check on the dogs or kids while we’re at work. The option to speak and move it around is absolutely fabulous. I was worried about the sound and camera quality but it’s perfect. It’s adorable when you have it go charge.
Bought as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He loves it! Takes a minute to set up on the phone, but otherwise is really easy to get going.
Great to roam around and keep in touch with long distance friends or pets from anywhere with internet! As for the other persons review about 'auto roam' the site stated 'auto roam to find the charging station'. This device won't roam around on it's own, but if you invoke the request to 'recharge'/find the charging dock, it will sorta roam around the house in a following the right wall pattern until it finds the charging station. The sound quality is absolutly clear compared to the first version which sounds like a walkie talkie and is very loud with the app able to control volume. Just wish there was a way to turn off the sound effect for if the robot thinks it was tripped, only way to turn that off was to set the do not disturb time entirely, but then the interactive sound board options also don't play. The small robot is absolutly able to roll under a raised bed, hide under tables, and even take a beating playing with a friend and rolling off a high table without a scratch, with it being very bottom heavy, it'll keep rolling back onto it's tracks. The most fun part was being able to just easily invite or share to a friend with an email and phone number and have your friend use their email or phone number to be able to connect! It's also possible to set an allowed schedule that your friend can control the robot! Really nice and fun!As for future updates if ever possible, if it would be possible to disable the sound for if the robot tips over too much when adjusting from tile to rug/carpet. Otherwise, the camera view looks super clear, being able to toggle night light on or off to see in pitch black, and probably if theres any way to use the phone gyro as a way to rotate around better than the multiple control options there are and with it being very durable, don't have to worry about it breaking anytime soon.
