Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order shipped within the contiguous United States — no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Handling Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it's on its way.
Estimated Delivery Windows Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner:
- Standard items: 5–10 business days after processing
- Supplier-fulfilled & specialty items: 7–15 business days after processing
- Print-on-demand items (custom/personalized): 7–14 business days after processing
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, or high-demand periods may occasionally extend delivery times.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24–96 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.
