Great for soothing a sore neck after headbanging to Enya

Works and the heating element doesnt scrunch up like other brands do, but the cord is too short.

It heats up good, and it's easy to use, but I guess it's too light because you don't feel anything unless you constantly press it down on your neck to feel the heat. You can't just put it on and relax while it heats up your neck. And it doesn't do anything for the shoulders.

I always get tension in my neck and shoulders during migraine attacks and this has been a lifesaver!!

The lady I purchased this for has issues with her shoulder. I bought her this in hopes it would help her as the heat they use at physical therapy seems to help her at least somewhat. It seems to work pretty well so far. It heats up well and in a reasonable amount of time. Does not, or at least hasn't yet overheated at all, even when in use for over an hour. The pad/covering comes off and can easily be washed.

great heating pad. I had some issues with my neck and this helped a LOT until I was able to see a specialist. Designed perfect for the neck area, but can be used for other body parts as well. 6 heating settings along with a 2 hour timer makes it ideal so you don't have to worry about trying to turn it off.

Just received and the softness is amazing to use on your shoulders. I have bursitis in my upper arm and when I play games on my IPad it can cause pain but using this heating pad which will sit on muscle part of arm will definitely help.

Very satisfied. I find that it heats up very well and controller is easy to operate. I wish the part that goes up behind the neck was bigger and circled the neck more.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because the reviews were more positive than many others and because there was a sale. I just received it today right on time and it was well packaged.It seems well constructed and looks nice. The size is fine for me despite others saying it ran small. My only wish is that it would actually get hot. I turned it to 6 (the highest setting) which I would describe as "Warm". I reminisce about the old days when heating pads actually got hot, but I've purchased many only to be disappointed every time. This at least is a bit soothing on my shoulders as I work/type all day.

This model fit my needs. You might have to try a few adjuustments for fit. Number one is that you do not have to button it. Controls are easy to learn.

Love it. Get's hot, nice to have a shutoff timer. The cord comes off the hand right side. If you sleep on the left side of the bed, and want to use it in bed, the cord can be awkward to position. Just FYI as it's not a deal breaker at all. Also it doesn't really seem weighted to me. Overall would recommend this.

I purchased 3 of these, one for me and 2 for gifts. I opened mine as soon as I received it. Nice packaging, nice fabric, like the control options 30, 60, 90 and 2 hour durations. Nice long cord. It goes up the neck nicely, but isn't warm enough. It does not cover the entire shoulder well. (I am petite) It needs to have some weights on the back because it rides up if you want to lie down. It doesn't get warm enough to be as effective as a regular heating pad. I think it would be an ideal gift for someone if they use it while sitting up and doesn't need it as warm as a regular heating pad.

This feels great when the heat is on. I like that it's weighted. The only problem is the snaps on the front are still loose which normally would be fine but the weight of the back pulls it too much and it gets up around my neck and chokes me.I did however use it when I was cooking in the kitchen for my big baking weekend and I was able to move to the stove and counter where I did everything while being plugged into the wall so the cord is the perfect length.I work in IT so I use a computer often and my neck and shoulders get super tight and this has helped tremendously.
