I just got this for a friend and they said it didn’t do anything so in just a few hours how could they say that? Well I have a bad knee so I tried it 🤦♂️ it is just impossible that someone made something so bad I can’t explain how horrible this is it’s not a massager.Get the same feeling by taking a female personal vibrator and putting it on the front of your leg it’s very uncomfortable. And only worked for five minutes
I have been suffering from horrific knee pain, unable to bear weight, my life was being robbed by the pain. My daughter recommened it, i was desperate to feel relief I purchased this knee healer, it has given me life back, pain has been reduced, I am able to do things longer in the day as this machine has changed my life. I wear it several timws during the day, I take it with me whereever I go the use is comforting knowing it helps you feel better. I'll buy it again.

I bought this for my mom, who has bad knees and needs to have surgery. She said it helps ease the pain and helps her with the day to day walking.
I have had this unit since Jan 2024 & am totally happy with the fact that I am still using it and charging lasts longer than I expected. When my knee feels better I forget about using it and realize that it feels better because I do use it. Would definitely recommend it! It is not very loud and the red light and vibration is great!
Feels pretty good during and after treatment, but the battery doesn't last that long -- 5 or 6 10 minute treatments, and the straps are a bit of a pain in the ***. For the money was expecting a little more. It doesn't feel like it heals but it does provide relief.

I was skeptical but I think it is helping me. I am using it 3 times a day on both knees and I see improvement. This device and moderate exercise is giving me better stability and flexibility as well as less knee pain. Definitely worth a try.
I purchased this for my husband's bad knee. Ha. I have used it in my rotor cuff. It feels so good on my shoulder. My hands at times ache. Yes, I manipulation the device so my hand was inside. Once again, it feels great. Glad I purchased it for him and ME.
My knee was a pain after an airplane flight— not getting better— no relief. I liked reviews and tried this massager— received this week Sunday— now it’s Friday and my knee is feeling much better— the treatment is soothing and relaxing— very easy. One tip— the unit should be positioned with the bottom lined up with the bottom on the kneecap. Then close the first top strap then the second strap to hold securely. Until I figured this out— the unit wasn’t comfortable and I couldn’t feel the treatment as well. Also— I like the low massage, highest heat and both red light and laser— at the end of automatic session— I apply Penetrex. Another thing that has helped me is watching videos of Dr Sarno and other mind body pain management people— for FREE online. You don’t have to join a “program”. I also started taking joint supplements with boswellin bromelain etc— I will keep using this massager at morning and night because it feels great!!
Thirty years ago I had a total meniscectomy of my left outer knee. All has been good until recently and i began having pain form bone on bone in that area. I was very dubious about this device but read some good reviews and thought I would give it a try. It has worked far better than I could imagine, virtually no pain and my stride and up/down stairs is back to normal, quite a surprise. I am taking hyaluronic capsules at the same time but the massager is what has done the job. I am a little concerned about the laser and how strong that might be.
I first purchased a knee massager on 5/10/24 and it quit working. My husband and I liked it so much, we purchased another one on 9/22/24.We charged them but they would not turn on after pressing the start button.I contacted FORTHiQ via email. They responded within a day. After several emails back & forth with them suggesting different ways to get them to start working properly, they still would not work.FORTHiQ replaced BOTH units free of charge. The new ones are working so far.I would highly recommend purchasing this product. FORTHiQ Went above and beyond to fix the problem. Thou I've only had this for a few days, I'm very impressed with the out come.I was told by my doctor thatI was in need of a knee replacement due to the extreme pain I have and after using this device after a few times, i can walk comfortably without the use of a cane.My brother who is in the same pain as I, try it and also was impressed that he had no pain after.Again, I've only had it for a few days, but the pain has vanished after using it 3 times a day!!!
It is very hard for me to get it strapped on. Difficult to start . I have to work with it several minutes. Not happy about those 3 things. Wish it was easier. I have arthritis and carpal tunnel I. My hands 😞 but love how my knees feel
I had heard about these devices and thought they were a toy. But, NO!! I can't say that I am "cured" in the way some phony baloney "healer" would say, "Now walk, my son" but, it has given me some relief that was not achieved by OTC Rx. For the cost of an office visit to an orthopod, at least it's worth a try. So far, I am truly surprised how well it works. The timer, the heater, the action...they all work. And, the construction is solid. Look, I am sure a few defects get through QC but so do $100 K cars do, too. No, I would say give it a try before having some orthopod scoping out your knee. I only bought one but should have have bought two. The only drawback might be if you have very small knees. But the fit for me is perfect.
There are several pros & cons to this.Pros:- all the elements work well together and separately- it can be used on either knee- can be packed and taken on trips- Start with use 3X’s a day has helped to reduce pain and cane usageCons:- The vibration is LOUD- It would be nice if each element could be turned on separately- It would be great if you could set a timer instead of only 10 min run timeBy far, it is a weird treatment, but it works. There are times when I only want the vibrations, but I can’t turn that function on and set a 20 min timer. I have to turn on the device and then turn off functions I don’t want to use . . . twice for a 20 min run. But hey, I’m using my cane a little less and it packs well in my suitcase.
I was so skeptical about this item when I ordered it that I was planning on what I would try next. I have only had this for two days and on the first use I felt a definite improvement. My ability to walk was truly limited and I was issued a handicap placard for my car. I have now used this device four times and I felt better each time I used it. Directions are easy to understand and the unit is easily installed on the knees. What I have is osteoarthritis that I thought was caused by a bad knee. Doctor told me my knee was fine and my problem was being caused by osteoarthritis. Cortisone didn't work this system seem to be working fine.I have now been using this for over a week and I am having the same results. The pain is gone and I'm starting to walk up steps foot over foot instead of one step at a time. The side of my knees used to be sore to the touch. That has gone away. I think if i stopped using it I would be back in the same problem.I have now been using this for over a month. I can still report that this works for me. I have found that if I use it in the morning and again at night I am still relieved of the pain. I went to a concert the other night and the seats were really camped and I notice that my left knee was starting to tighten up. When I got home I used the massager right away on my left knee and the tightness I experienced was gone. I am golfing 3-4 times a week now and I also haven't had to use my handicap parking sticker at all. Watch out that you don't buy the really cheap massagers because although they look like this one they are getting bad reviews.
This is my second one, because the first was sent back because it didn't hold a charge and became harder to turn on. This one is the same, I had to charge it after six uses on auto. I've charged it three times in seven days. I use it on auto three times a day on each knee. Very disappointed it has to be charged so often, because the user manual gives the impression that it only has to be charged once per month.I'm planning to send it back as well for fear it will stop working. However, it appears to help with the stiffness. I wouldn't give it as a gift because I'm unsure it will work properly.The seller responded to my review contacted me and resolved my issue. They are concerned about customer satisfaction. Based on their response I would recommend this product.
